Kwesi E Baako has sharply criticized the leadership of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in opposition, urging party executives to “stop the nonsense” and focus on rebuilding the party.
Speaking on his program aired on iKulcha TV and Radio Kulcha, Baako expressed concern over what he described as unnecessary internal conflicts and public disagreements that continue to damage the party’s image. He argued that the NPP’s leadership should prioritize unity, discipline, and constructive engagement instead of allowing divisions to dominate public discourse.
According to Baako, the opposition has a responsibility to provide credible alternatives and hold the government accountable, but internal disputes risk distracting from that mission. He called on party leaders to put the interests of the NPP above personal ambitions and work together to strengthen the party ahead of future political contests.
