Dr Oppong Wadie has said recent speeches delivered abroad by the Asantehene and President John Mahama demonstrate that Ghana has a place in the wider global community.
Speaking on Ikulcha TV and Radio Kulcha, Dr Wadie said the international engagements of the two prominent Ghanaian figures highlighted the country’s presence and relevance beyond its borders.
He said the speeches offered an opportunity to project Ghana’s identity, values and perspectives to an international audience.
“Recent speeches from the Asantehene and President Mahama abroad show there’s a place for Ghana in the wider world,” Dr Wadie said.
He added that Ghana’s participation in international engagements could help strengthen the country’s visibility and its relationships with the wider global community
