Economic analyst Dr. Gordon Newlove Asamoah has stressed that sustainable economic stability is the result of deliberate policy decisions rather than coincidence. Speaking on iKulcha TV and Radio Kulcha in response to the government’s Mid-Year Budget Review, he remarked, “You can have stability by chance, but in economics, nothing happens by chance.”
Dr. Asamoah explained that positive economic outcomes require careful planning, sound fiscal management, and consistent implementation of policies. He emphasized that indicators such as inflation, exchange rate stability, and economic growth are influenced by strategic decisions made by policymakers rather than luck.
