All People Seek Happiness, Yet Few Of Us Know How To Find And Enjoy Happiness

Contrary to our expectations and experiences from ancient times to these days of
computers, internet and mobile apps, mankind still battles for inner calmness and fulfillment  living. From the days of Adam and Eve, humans have been anxious to improve their circumstances , but often unwilling to improve themselves; we, therefore remains bound and unhappy.
True happiness is not find in riches, financial success and material comfort as far too many people think.
” But Godliness with contentment is great again. For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. And having food and raiment, let us therewith content ( Timothy 6:6-8)
Happiness isn’t derived from life dedicated exclusively to spiritual goals and religious extremism. Neither your spouse, loved ones, relatives, nor friends can give you joyousness.
Happiness is a state of well-being and satisfaction.
It is found through achieving a state of perfect balance between material desires and spiritual aspiration.
Harmonious adjustment of the inner and outer and of our surroundings will also provide us perfect joy and triumphant living. Since we are humans and indispensable and dependent on other people, our relationships should be in harmony with all acquaintances in all places of interactions, e.g., home, office, and In public.
Happiness, which each person creates from within, should be proportional to the state of
harmony with other humans.

These fourteen steps are essential to our happiness.

*Attitude– True happiness is an outcome of our attitude and not of our circumstances.
By developing the ability to be content, regardless of what’s happening in our lives.
Attitude of gratitude. By changing some of the ways and manner in which we habitually
think and act.
*Recognition–Recognize your passion. Give yourself credit for those things you love to do.
*Remember small victories and happy moments somewhere in your life.
*Listen to soothing music. This helps our mind to relax and drift into our subconscious mind and has great hidden powers to make us have a joyful living.
*Stimulate create thinking by reading words of wisdom,inspirational and motivational pieces.
*Read self-help books, positive psychology materials, Holy Bible or your religious holy book.
Reading even a paragraph, page, or chapter a day would make you relax and bring inner joy.
*Listen to your favorite inspirational and uplifting audios and tapes.
*Avoid anger. Anger ignites and fuels violence. Observe your behavior and avoid anything that makes you angry. Smile instead of frowning when responding with anger to provocation

or such situation. You use more muscle to frown than to smile.

*Avoid negative thoughts. Constantly and consciously evaluating you thoughts will let you know when you’re thinking negatively. Negative thoughts affect your life and health.
You become what you think.
*Thinking about your past and feeling sorry for yourself will make you unhappy.
*Passing judgement and blaming someone else for you woes and worries.
*Productivity. If you don’t produce, you won’t be happy.
*Proudness.–Where proud is, there will always be a down cast and fall. It is inevitable
We see it all the time on a large and small scale.
*selfishness.–A happy person is not selfish. Our main desire is to serve and share with humanity. In the words of Helen Keller,
” If you’re in the dark, light your candle from mine. It will bring you light and it doesn’t diminish mine in any way.”
*Take a walk in your neighborhood. Observe and meditate on the people and the scenario.
*Socialize.–The number and variety of people we meet would not only make us grow, but excite and inspire us.
*Prayer and Meditation.– Besides spiritual growth prayer and meditation capitulate indisputable reduction in stress. They yield physical and emotional dividends, revise and redirect our personal outlook and happiness.
The ultimate power of prayer and meditation enchance in far too many people, an infinite and sublime calmness, provision of inner peace, and a zest for triumphant living. The aphorisms;
“As a man thinketh in his heart so is he, and ” A merry heart maketh a cheerful countenance; but by sorrow of the heart the spirit is broken.”—Proverbs 15:13
The feeling of health produces health, the feeling of greatness produces greatness, and the
feeling of happiness will produce happiness.
