iKULCHA TV and Radio Kulcha Resume Broadcasting with New Studio in Assin Fosu

iKULCHA TV and Radio Kulcha have officially resumed their programs after a brief break, marking a new chapter with the opening of a modern studio in Assin Fosu.

The media platform, known for promoting culture, entertainment, education, and community development, is returning with renewed energy and improved production facilities. The new Assin Fosu studio will serve as a key hub for local content creation and broadcasting.

In addition to its operations in Texas in the United States of America, iKULCHA TV and Radio Kulcha now have an established studio in Assin Foso, Ghana strengthening the network’s international presence and creating opportunities for global collaborations and cultural exchange.

For many years, Imperial Media Concepts, the mother agency of the media platform operated from Kumasi in the Ashanti region but has decided to move the Ghana operations to Assin Foso in the Central region.

Management expressed excitement about the relaunch, stating that the expanded studio network will help deliver higher-quality programming to audiences both at home and abroad. Listeners and viewers can expect fresh content, engaging discussions, entertainment programs, and coverage of community events.

Delivering the Chairman’s remarks, Dr. Kwadwo Oppong Wadie, a Chicago-based Pan Africanist Professor and writer expressed confidence in the platform to not only boost media activities in the Assin area but also to provide a platform to project local concerns and achievements.

“By establishing a dedicated physical hub for media production, The Assin Foso neighborhood will be transformed from being a paaive consumer of national media into an active creator of its own narrative”, he said.

Executive Producer Kwesi E. Baako said the relaunch comes with new daily programming designed not only for the full “edutainment” of the public but also to live up to the company’s mantra: “Africa from an African Perspective”.

The resumption of broadcasting signals a significant milestone for iKULCHA TV and Radio Kulcha as the organization continues its mission of connecting communities and promoting culture across borders.
