Certain communication challenges within the New Patriotic Party (NPP) contributed to the party’s defeat in the 2024 general election, according to Dennis Kwakwa, the NPP Ashanti Regional Organizer.
Speaking on iKulcha TV and Radio Kulcha with Kwesi E Baako about the party’s performance, Kwakwa acknowledged that shortcomings in communication played a significant role in shaping public perception and ultimately affected the party’s electoral fortunes.
He suggested that the experience should serve as a lesson for the party as it evaluates its performance and works to strengthen its structures ahead of future elections.
According to him, improving communication with the electorate and effectively conveying the party’s policies and achievements will be crucial to rebuilding public confidence.
