Award-winning young farmer Dada Alex has responded to critics questioning his recognition as the Best Farmer in Mampong, stating that such comments stem from a lack of understanding of modern and practical farming.
Speaking on Ikulcha Radio/TV with Kwesi E. Baako, Dada Alex made it clear that his achievements are the result of hard work, innovation, and measurable results on the field.
According to him, farming today goes beyond mere land ownership; it involves proper planning, improved techniques, consistency, and impact on the community. He noted that his work in agriculture has created opportunities for other young people and contributed meaningfully to food production in the area.
Looking ahead, Dada Alex revealed his next big ambition, to become the National Young Best Farmer next year. He said he remains focused on expanding his operations, adopting new technologies, and improving productivity to meet national standards.
