People Are Hiding Over ‘I’m Outspoken’ and Spewing Nonsense, The Laws Must Deal with Them – Kwesi E Baako Reacts to Arrest of Abronye & Co

Veteran broadcaster, Kwesi E Baako of Kulcha Radio, has added his voice to the public discourse following the arrest of political figure Abronye.

Baako, speaking on Kulcha Radio, sharply criticized those he claims “hide behind IPM spoken to spew nonsense,” warning that Ghana’s legal system must address their behaviour.

Baako’s remarks came in the aftermath of Abronye DC’s detention, during which he was said to have made comments implicating former President John Mahama in a supposed coup plot.

He argued that such persons should not be immune from the law simply because they couch their comments in vague or indirect terms or hide behind institutional frames.

He allegedly made public claims that former President Mahama was involved in a coup plot, attracting legal attention.

Following an invitation by the Greater Accra Regional Police to assist in investigations, Abronye DC reported himself and was later cautioned and detained.
