Ghanaian media personality Kwesi E. Baako has made a bold statement about morality and double standards in modern society.
According to him, anyone who has ever engaged in a one-night stand has no moral right to criticize the women who appear in so-called “Russian guy” sex videos circulating online. His comments were aimed at what he described as society’s selective outrage, where private consensual behavior is overlooked in some cases but harshly condemned in others.
Baako argued that many critics judge the women in such videos while ignoring their own past sexual choices. He suggested that morality should not be applied selectively and that people should reflect on their own actions before condemning others. In his view, consenting adults making personal decisions. whether in private encounters or recorded content—should not automatically become targets of public shaming.
The remarks quickly generated mixed reactions. Some listeners agreed with his stance, saying it highlights hypocrisy in how society treats women involved in sexual content compared to men. Others felt his comparison oversimplified complex issues surrounding privacy, exploitation, and digital consent.
