Reports reaching ghnewsnow.com confirm the death of Ghanaian Hiplife artist Castro, popularly called ‘Castro The Destroyer’. Eyewitness reports say he drowned in a jet skiing accident at Ada, a town in Ghana’s Eastern Region. Black Stars captain Asamoah Gyan, a close friend of Castro was with him when the accident happened but was reportedly saved together with a mutual lady friend of theirs.
Castro made a mark on the Hiplife scene with some unforgettable tracks like Odo pa which featured his friend Asamoah Gyan.
