GHATOON #12: Kofi Wahala Says … Kudos Mr. President, No More Official Cars For Sale

President Akufo Addo recently announced that the policy which allows government officials to buy their official cars has been cancelled. Kofi Wahala OKs this decision even though he doesn’t seem to have forgiven the President yet for his appointment of a whopping 110 Ministers of State; a phenomenon that will cost the Ghanaian taxpayer an estimated GHC 20million ($4.5 million) annually in salaries alone.

Anyhow, Kofi thinks the President hit bullseye with his recent announcement.
